For further discounts, since we value our returning clients, we will run specials and send them out via email, as well as offer a membership which is by far the best deal we have. You and your wife have been here as our records indicate (you were both here for a couple’s massage in 2019), and we are following what is clearly stated on our website. Just as I will only be using my hands, I ask that you only use your hands as well. Please bear in mind that we cannot control what Groupon chooses to do with their discounts, and what they state on the offer- that is unfortunately out of our hands, and we do sympathize completely on how confusing it might be. Your time with me includes a happy ending but I am not a full service provider so I won’t be using anything except my hands. If someone has missed that link, and has missed reading that, we do and are willing to restate that when the client calls. Groupon is supposed to direct you to our website where it clearly states our policies. We always offer to help with the refunds, and in no way would any client be stuck with a voucher that they have purchased. We are still on Groupon for advertising purposes- to attract new clients. Reason being that Groupon does take a VERY huge chunk of the already discounted amount that the client pays, and in order to stay in business, we have had to take precautions such as only letting first time clients use them. It is clearly communicated on our website that we do not take Groupons for clients who are not coming to us for the first time. ![]() We are sorry this left you angry enough for you to leave a review for us.
